Working principle of fire signal butterfly valve:

1、 The signal butterfly valve is driven by a worm gear transmission device to rotate the shaft and butterfly plate to achieve opening and closing and control flow

2、 Rotate the handwheel of the worm gear transmission device to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the butterfly plate and adjusting the flow rate. Rotate the handwheel clockwise to close the valve

3、 There are two forms of micro switches installed inside the gearbox of the worm gear transmission device:

a、 There are two micro switches in the transmission device box, one for opening and one for closing, which respectively operate when the valve is fully open and closed. They connect the "valve open" and "valve closed" indicator lights in the control room to accurately display the valve switch status

b、 A closing micro switch (with the butterfly plate fully closed at 0 °) is installed inside the transmission device box. When the butterfly plate is in the 0 ° -40 ° position, the micro switch supports and outputs a valve closing signal. When it is in the 40 ° -90 ° position, another pair of normally closed valves can output a valve opening signal.
