The rising stem elastic seat soft seal gate valve consists of a valve body, a valve core, a valve stem, and a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is a valve stem connected to the valve core in the valve body locking hole. The valve stem is equipped with a spring, pawl, and ratchet lock cap. The valve body is a three-way valve, with one side being a bypass cap. The valve core also has three through holes corresponding to the valve body. After adjusting the position of the valve core, the ratchet lock cap is screwed on, and the user cannot open it by themselves
