Precautions for installation of remote control float valve

The structure of the remote-controlled floating ball valve is relatively simple and easy to maintain. The sealing surface and spherical surface are often in a closed state, which is not easily eroded by the medium and is easy to operate and maintain. Mainly used for water tanks and water. Commercial electric water heaters, heat pumps, air conditioning cooling towers, water storage towers, water storage tanks, etc., but there are several precautions to be taken during installation, as follows:

1、 Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end of the remote control float valve and rinse and clean it with the valve open

2、 The pipeline near the installation point should not have any low hanging or external force bearing phenomenon, and pipeline supports or supports can be used to offset the pipeline

3、 Before installing the remote control floating ball valve, a complete machine test should be conducted according to the specified signal (electric or pneumatic) to prevent vibration from affecting its performance during transportation. Only after passing the test can it be installed online (wiring should follow the electric actuator circuit diagram)

4、 The remote control float valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline

5、 Before connecting to the pipeline, it is necessary to flush and clean any remaining impurities in the pipeline (which may damage the valve seat and ball)

6、 After connecting to the pipeline, please cross tighten the flange connection bolts with the specified torque

7、 During the installation of the remote control float valve, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as a lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories
